Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch of kale, rinsed and dried
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sprinkle of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.  Drizzle the vinegar and olive oil over the kale and toss to coat the leaves.  Spread the pieces out on the baking sheet in a single layer.  Lightly sprinkle some sea salt on top.  Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the chips are crispy.
